Summary

A damaged awning arm can make even a quick stop in your RV a hassle. This project called for a full awning arm replacement after the old one became unusable, preventing the awning from being safely extended or retracted.

The Work

Removed the damaged awning arm from the RV
Installed a new 3000 Series awning arm kit to restore proper function
Checked alignment and tested operation to confirm smooth extension and retraction

The Outcome

The new awning arm brought back full shade and shelter for the RV, making outdoor space usable again. The repair also improved safety by preventing further stress on the awning mechanism. For RV owners, having working awning parts means trips stay comfortable and relaxing.
