Summary

RV buyers often want to know exactly what they're getting into, especially when a vehicle has visible wear and known issues. For this fifth wheel in Bonita Springs, the seller mentioned several problems, so we focused our inspection on locating major concerns and anything that could become costly.

The Work

Inspected roof condition, including all seals and visible repairs
Checked both AC units, noting one was not functioning and the other had a mini split
Evaluated hydraulic system for leaks
Identified issues with the shower pan and TV lift mechanism

The Outcome

Our inspection provided the client with a clear picture of the RV's biggest challenges. With detailed findings on the roof, hydraulics, and appliances, the client can now plan repairs and budget more confidently.
